EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Jeryl Williams is President and Chief Executive Officer of Honnête, LLC, a management consulting firm servicing government and commercial clients. Honnête partners with clients to deliver innovative solutions that heal, unite, simplify, and enrich the collective human experience through platforms of healthcare, information technology, organizational development, and professional administrative services.

Since Honnête’s inception in 2011, Jeryl has led the firm’s operations, strategic direction, and customer acquisition efforts. He has grown the company’s health service offerings into a best in class service model for medical practice management, clinical practice operational improvement, and public health program consultation support. Under his leadership, Honnête’s customer portfolio now expands across the entire continuum of care; including state government, hospitals, health insurance companies, regional extension centers, federally qualified health centers, academia, quality assurance accreditation bodies, professional organizations, and independently owned primary care and specialty medical clinics.

In lockstep with Honnête’s core values of intelligent innovation and optimistic disposition, Jeryl sought to discover new ideas to improve care quality, reduce per capita health care costs, enhance patient experience, and taper stress on American healthcare providers. In response, Jeryl facilitated a company-wide adoption of the patient centered medical home model as a vehicle to bring process improvement, information technology, public health principles, and quality assurance to health care practitioners and administrators.

In 2013, Jeryl was among the first class of national healthcare administrators and practitioners to receive certification as a patient centered medical home content expert by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). To date, Jeryl has produced over 200 NCQA recognized medical homes nationally and has toured the country providing trainings and technical assistance in support of this transformative work.

Encompassing 20 years of healthcare administration and public health experience, Jeryl has served as a clinical researcher at the Louisiana Health Sciences Center and Emory University Winship Cancer Institute, a program director at The Satcher Health Leadership Institute at Morehouse School of Medicine, a federal contractor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and as a senior medical practice consultant for Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield.

A native Louisianan, Jeryl holds a Bachelor of Science from Xavier University of Louisiana and a Master of Science in Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
